Convertible Cylinders Direct offers Free Shipping On ALL Orders In The Continental United States. There is no minimum purchase to qualify for free shipping. Every order placed in the Continental United States will ship for free unless you choose other expedited options.

Please read all the information below concerning shipping rates, delivery times, and requirements for all paid shipping methods. Standard Free Shipping offered throughCCD is subject to the carrier selected by CCD.. In most cases Free Shipping will ship out via UPS, however CCD reserves the right to ship via  USPS when deemed necessary. Please allow 2-10 business days for Free Shipping packages to arrive. Delivery delays may be expected from weather, heavy holiday seasons, or carrier policies; please contact  customer service with any questions regarding this policy.

Please note UPS deliveries must be delivered to a physical address; P.O. boxes are not accepted

IMPORTANT NOTE: UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you desire your order shipped to a P.O. Box we will use USPS  so we can guarantee that you will get your package.

IMPORTANT NOTE: USPS and UPS Ground Delivery are subject to 1 to 5 day delivery based on service area. Certain restrictions do apply (i.e. rural areas may experience additional delays or severe weather conditions may interrupt service). Convertible Cylinders Direct is not responsible for shipping delays resulting from undeliverable weather conditions, failure of customer to provide prescription if applicable, or shipping errors committed by the selected carrier.  

 CCD is not responsible for delays on shipments once they have been delivered to the shipping carrier. Shipping charges for express delivery options are non refundable.
